1. About Levatio.ai

Levatio.ai is a UK-based software product and technology consulting company. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean Levatio.ai.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. Certain Services may require registration or authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including software, text, graphics, logos) are owned by Levatio.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer any part of the Services, except as expressly permitted in writing.

If you receive confidential or proprietary information from us (for example during a pilot or evaluation), you must keep it confidential and use it only for the purpose disclosed. Your obligations continue even after the engagement ends.

Certain features may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services and do not guarantee their availability.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levatio.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of £1,000 or the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Services that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Levatio.ai and its affiliates, officers, directors, promoters, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Beta Features & Trials

Beta or trial features may be offered from time to time. They are provided for evaluation purposes only and may be subject to additional terms. We may modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
